Q.1. Where is my order?
In order to track that status of your order, please go to Track Your Order.
Q.2. When I track my order it says “Tracking doesn’t exist”.
If you recently got your tracking number, please allow 24 hours to reflect and update your status on the database. If you still cannot track your order, please send email at email@example.com.
Q.3. How many days before I received my order?
Delivery time varies per country and depending on the shipping option you selected during check out. For your reference below is the estimated delivery time via Standard Shipping:
US Customers: 3~4 weeks
Other Countries: 3~ 6 weeks
Q.4. Is there any custom clearance fee I need to pay?
Custom taxes and duties depend on your country. Please check with your local custom office for more details.
Q.5. Who will pay for the custom clearance?
Buyer will shoulder the custom taxes and duties, if there’s any.
Q.6. Do you deliver products internationally?
Yes, we deliver our orders to different countries. However, there are cases where some of the countries are out of shipping zone. If that’s the case, please always get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm.
Q.7. I've placed an order with multiple items; can I combine them into one package?
Since we have different warehouse for order distribution, each item is subject to availability. Sometimes we don’t have the products available in one warehouse so the items may be shipped from another warehouse location. If that happens, we will keep you posted for a different tracking number.
Q.8. I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong product type, can I change it?
Please email us immediately at email@example.com indicating your Order Number so we can assist you quickly. We will check your order in our system and if it still hasn’t been processed yet, we can still make changes.
